I am getting error message
SmartBridge Alerts: MotiveSB.exe - entry point not found
The procedure entry point GetProcessingImageFileName@ could not be located in the dymanic link library PSAPI.DLL.

I bet you have IE7. Try this:

Go to C:\Program Files and look for a file called psapi.dll .. right click on the file >rename > oldpsapi.dll >

Reboot
