send a link with bt.yahoo broadband?

I have got bt.yahoo broadband and so have their toolbar - could someone please tell me how I am supposed to send a link or send the page I want via email as there are no icons to allow me to do this? Thank you to anyone who can help!

Copy the address from the address bar...R/H click and select Copy.
Send an email and paste the address in the title or email.
