Cookie - where to find

I want to save a particular cookie so it isn't deleted when I use tools>int opt to delete them.
How can I do this please ?

You could download a program called crapcleaner. In the options menu, you can choose what cookies you want to keep so that every time the program runs it will leave the cookies you want. You only have to select the cookies 1 time and it will remember every time after that. Crap cleaner cleans alot of crap from your system sort of like disk cleanup but its more thorough. It scans your registry for issues too. Such as useless registry entries. It will create a backup of the files too before they are deleted.

I have ccleaner but I'm not sure how to get it to leave the cookies I need will have to go through the help files.
