i want a program what can record my screen what one would you reccomend? i once used bb flashback but that one is no good.

Not sure if this is what you want but if you hold down the 'Alt' key and press 'Print Screen' then open a Word or Wordpad document and press 'Ctrl' V it will past the image of the current screen into the file.

There is a program called Snagit which can record anything on your screen

I found bb flashback to be an axcellent bit of kit, I use it quite a lot. If you had problems with it I wonder if you were doing something wrong?

You can use screen recorder like Joyoshare VidiKit to record audio and video on your PC. According to my practice, it is the best screen recorder.
