photo hosting site

Is there a good website that I can upload 1200 pics to? I do expect to pay a annual subscription but I am looking for one that gives value for money and access for my friends if they want to view a slideshow.

I would have to get a yahoo ID for that and I don't want to. I can't see how many pics I can upload either. Thank you though fo3nix.

You could try

it'll take you about three weeks to load 1200 pics though!

Try Shutterfly and split the photos into albums? (Free). Alternatively, look at Picassa (but that also needs a Yahoo ID - why not?).

Why don't you want a yahooID? It's just signing up to the account.. you're going to have to sign up wherever you go. Flickr, for sharing photos, is about the best there is.

Ah I have found one! myphotoalbum.com and it's free uploading but if you don't pay the �9 annual membership you can only upload 50 pics at a time. It does all I want and more besides........740 pics done and the rest to go.

Thanks everyone. I will look at flickr (I simply hate yahoo) and I will look at photobucket and picassa for pics I want to upload to my website but myphotoalbum will do the lot for me so I'm sorted!

I am not sure why its suggested one needs to sign up to yahoo to use Picasa wideboy. I have it (its brilliant) I don't use yahoo at all but I do have a google address which I think you do need but perhaps you're against that too zimzam
