what exactly does ATI Radeon IGP 345M mean? I know its the spec but not sure if it relates to my graphics card or what?

This is an ATI Radeon Integrated Graphics Processor (i.e. a chip integrated into the motherboard), model number 345, for Mobile Intel� Pentium� 4 (i.e. laptops)...

BTW, it isn't a very good graphics card (not really for games etc.) - more for 'business' graphics (and a bit 'long in the tooth' now?)
