quick time movie to dvd playable format

Have got idvd at home but I am looking for a free download for my work (XP) pc which will allow me to put a quicktime movie into a dvd format.

By that I mean that with idvd at home I can drag a movie file across to idvd and chose backgound themes for my dvd, personalised menus and background sound tracks.

Is there a free download that will allow me to do this???

winAVI allows you to change formats of movies. Think it works with quicktime
