Playing videos online

Whenever i try to watch a video or movie clip online, it always plays in bright colours making it unwatchable. What could be causing this and how can i fix it? Thank you x

At a guess, you have your color depth control set too low.
Right-click a clear area of the desktop and chose properties.
Click on the Settings tab
Click the drop down and choose "Highest (32 bit)"
