Why is the text so small?

When I start up my computer and all the AOL stuff comes up, the words are really small. Google and the majority of other sites are the same. It has happened to me on another computer and I was able to rectify it, but I don't seem to be able to find the option to change text size despite looking everywhere I thought it would be. Incidentally it doesn't do it on this site.

Couldn't find 'View' on the toolbar, no idea why. Tried your idea Ethel and it worked, thank you.
