I have tried to sleep, honestly, but my brain is simply wide awake! So I've come into spare room, so as to not disturb MrSmow with my constant fidgeting about! Have been doing some work online, and just reading utter drivel news nonsense lol. What does everyone else do at this daft time of night? ( I'll probably fall asleep as soon as it's light and I should be getting up!)

The only time I had any problem was before our move which was very stressful when so many things were going wrong.
Also got step family in Western Australia but never been there.
Looking grey and dull here, not much on today apart from going to the excellent restaurant just round the corner tonight.
Hi all, I hope you get to catch up with your sleep so you can function well. I wake about 3.30 am every night, lasts about an hour, usually surf the net or listen to comedy often waking up with earphones still in! The rest of the day I feel fatigued but rally around 6pm. Is it getting old that does it? I'm on meds too so maybe they don't help.
