Its windows 10 & android 2.2
when i switch on, it tries to do a diagnostic repair for a few mins, but then goes to the blue screen with all the reset, restore options etc

ive been through every option & there is no available restore point
it wouldnt let me refresh or reset - a msg just says 'theres a problem refreshing, your settings have not been changed'
and it just cycles through

the only thing i havent done is the full reset because it asks me to plug in recover media etc, but i dont have that & i cant find it online.

if i can get into it, maybe the reset software is there, but i cant get into it.
i considered trying to install windows 10, but i dont know if it can handle it, & also there is android software in there too, so i cant just install any copy of win 7 - can i?

There is a proble with the USB port too - the little plastic thing has come off so its bare prongs, if got another from an old laptop but havent been able to get it working yet - the plug in keyboard didnt work, but ive got other stuff i can try in it, & maybe get some reaction
so ideally something i can do with the SD card perhaps?

any ideas to get past this settings page?

Thanks :)

As it is dual boot what happens when you boot in Android?

im not sure, i cant do anything to get into the boot options because i cant plug a keyboard in -im going to try to fix the port, but until then theres no way to type
im not sure if it ever booted to android, i used it mainly in PC mode so it usually just opened as that.
You don't need a keyboard, try tapping the home button as it boots up to bring up the boot option
If you do get the boot option use the home button to navigate to Android boot

How long have you had this tablet? It's 10 years old and to be frank it was pretty rubbish when it was new.
If I were you it would be in the bin and a new 10" Amazon Fire tablet would be on its way if I didn't want to spend a lot on a new tablet, they are pretty good value.
