Hi, can anyone recommend a good quality wireless earphone to use with phone/tablet. I've seen a few on amazon etc. but would appreciate some information from first hand users. Thank you.

I’ve got these, that a fantastic value at the moment. Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
or something similar, if the device you’re linking the headphones to, isn’t WiFi enabled
The sound is very good and the battery life is also great.
Half my post is missing!
These are the headphones Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
You’ll need the first link, if the device you’re connecting the headphones to isn’t Bluetooth enabled, not WiFi.
I have these:

https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wh-1000xm2/results?query=aptX-LL.

I previously had a pair of JVC which were a bit cheaper, but less good.

I tend to use them on long flights; rail journeys and more occasionally for use in a room where other people are watching TV and I want to listen tosomething on the computer.

The Sony ones are very effective. That is to say, with the noise-cancelling, you literally cannot hear anything apart from the music coming through the headphones.

You could argue that is a bad thing, because if people talk to you, you tend to ignore them. On the other hand, it is kind of the point of these headphones.

The other main benefit is that these are big over-ear things, whereas the JVC ones are on-ear, which is smaller, but less comfortable over long periods.

A third benefit of the Sony ones is the battery ife and the fact that there is a rechargable battery on-board, so you don't have the fiddly job of replacing batteries.

The sound quality is also very good.

For me, the comfort is probably the biggest factor.

I've got the Mark 1 version of the Headphones in IJKLM's link, and I'd back-up every word he said. Not too sure if it will work with a Tablet, but they control certain functions in my iPod.
I've got exactly the same as rocky....Sony MDR-ZX330BT. They are excellent and work with just about anything with Bluetooth....and (if no Bluetooth) with a Bluetooth transmitter (many available, similar to rocky's)
