Pdf Thumbnails

Is there any way of making windows 10 retain the thumbnail images rather than having to re-draw them each time you look in a folder? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can have small,medium or large. The point is when I browse one folder with over 700 PDF's in it the thumbnails are drawn again and that makes browsing them VERY slow.

Thank you that does not work because windows does not store PDF thumbnails at all.

Thank you. I am using a 43 inch monitor at 4K so the smallest thumbnail size is not much bigger than a postage stamp.
