Does anyone know how to fix a disabled startup item. This item is Microsoft Office

Earlier you said it was missing - now you say it is disabled. I'd like to help but I'm getting confused about what your problem actually is.
Also you initially said your start menu now you say a startup item. These are not the same thing at all. Startup items, as the name suggests, are programs that the PC will automatically run as soon as Windows is loaded. Startup items can be run in two ways - by a shortcut being placed in a specific Windows folder called "StartUp" or by an entry in a specific part of your registry.
