I have a pc,not tablet or lap top which uses windows 7 and I have what I hope is a couple of simple questions on emails.
How do I get a list of contacts from only one company and how do I delete contacts no longer used. Words of one syllable please as I am not computer literate. Also I sent the same email to about a dozen addresses and when I go to the sent box only one name comes up as an addressee. Is there a quick way of getting a list of those already sent?? Many thanks in anticipation.

Does Windows Live Mail mean anything to you? My email address has sky.com at the end
Assuming you are using Windows Live Mail as per your last post,

- to obtain a list of contacts from a specific company click the 'Contacts' menu item, located left-hand side of the Live mail window.

Then in the 'Search' box located beneath the Live Mail top menu bar, type part of the name of the company that you are seeking e.g. company = 'Joe Bloggs' then enter Joe Bloggs , or you could search for the company email joebloggs.co.uk, the press Enter to complete the search.

- To delete a contact locate the contact and RIGHT-Click and select 'Delete' to remove it.

Regarding the sent mail, did you originally send to an email Group address or was it a separate email sent to each recipient individually?
