Printer Playing Up

I have just replace the cartridges - with genuine ones - and the first 4 sheets off are blurred . Any ideas what could be wrong. The printer is an HP Deskjet 3050

Possibly a blocked print head. (Run the head cleaning utility to check).

Ensure that there's A4 paper in the printer.

Click the HP Printer icon on your desktop. (If the icon's not there you can also go via Start > Programs > HP > HP Deskjet 3050A J611 series > HP Deskjet 3050A J611 series).

Click Printer Actions and then click Maintenance Tasks to access the Printer Toolbox.

Click Clean Ink Cartridges on the Device Services tab. Follow the onscreen instructions.

if you have the facility to align the cartridges do that too its in the hp toolbox (well it is on my hp deskjet)
