I have quite large selection of my music on iTunes. I find a lot of the tracks are corrupted and have 'dips' in the playback. What causes this and can I rectify it without having to load the original CDs? Are there any programmes that will prevent this from happening?
Many thanks, any input gratefully received. Bramley

When you say dips Bramleyboy do you mean corrupted or missing or just low volume? You can set the volume level for every album or any single track throughout your whole library.

Togo, the sound actually goes quiet for less than a second. On the affected tracks, there are usually quite a few. It's as if you turn the volume down and up again in one go and is always at the same place as if the track is corrupted!Any ideas? Bramley
