Its a debugger for developers. It is listed at http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup
_full.htm under M in the index. It is the first entry, in the text it states it is also known as MDM7. The above link has a huge list of programs and file names that you can check to see what they do and if they are necessary for you to have running. Geoff
