Whenever I search on MSN or Yahoo for something the computer stores the search phrase or word so that the next time I go to search for something that starts with a similar spelling a drop down box appears with options of past words or phrases that I searched for, for me to choose from to help me auto-complete what I was typing in. Is there any way though to delete some of what exist in the drop down box that appears? I tried right clicking but I didn't get anything to offer me the option to delete or anything. Can someone please help me with? Thanks in advance.

hold the pointer over the word then press delete it's below the insert key not the backspace key and it should disappear
You can turn this off by going to Tools, Internet Options, Content, AutoComplete and unchecking the boxes
