Windows 8.1 & Microsoft Works

Hello all you lovely people

Please can you help me?

My old laptop has finally gone to laptop heaven and my new laptop 8.1 installed which I am completely unfamiliar with.

Most of it seems fairly straightforward but I can't find works anywhere!
When I first turned on it asked for a key, which I put in but I just can't find it.
Where should I be looking please?

Why use Works? Install LibreOffice - it's free and much better.

It came with works installed free! So of course I want to be able to use it.

Mine has got works because I had to put the key in when the laptop first started up.

I am not too sure, Since it was preinstalled, have you tried looking for the Apps ?

If you are Win 8.1, there is a smaller arrow, which when clicked, shows mor Apps, or go to the STORE.

As you say 1rovert I found it under apps.
