I'm Losing Parts Of My Email Messages In Outlook

I use Outlook for my emails on a Windows 7 laptop.
Just recently when sending some emails large parts of my message don't get sent.
I don't find this out until the recipient asks what I'm saying or if I look into my sent file and notice it myself.
Does any AB member have experience of this or suggestions as to why it is happening?

Which web browser do you use? (Please don't thump your desk in frustration at this point. I do know that you're using the Outlook email client and not webmail but, trust me, it really is relevant!).

I'm hoping that your answer is Firefox or Chrome or, indeed anything EXCEPT Internet Explorer. That's because I'm going to suggest uninstalling Internet Explorer 11 (which I'm guessing you've got on your laptop) and reverting to having Internet Explorer 10 available to you (but, because of potential security issues, not actually using it).

That's because IE11 and Outlook (in particular Outlook 2003 but also some other versions) have a known conflict that results in exactly the problem you've described and uninstalling IE11 seems to fix it.

I am using Firefox and Chrome. However I also have IE available for use if ever needed. Yes it is IE11.
So you think I should uninstall it?

Yes indeed. From the earliest days of Windows, Microsoft have designed Outlook (and Outlook Express) to share some files and settings with Internet Explorer. However their browser and email client updates seem to have been configured separately, without regard for that fact, which would seem to be an obvious recipe for disaster. Ditch IE11!!!
