New Keyboard

My (German) keyboard has some maddening sticky keys, particulary the shift key. If I buy a new keyboard will I be able to just plug it in, or is there more involved ?

Cyber Time

I thought all computer time was synchronised but I get discrepancies. Just had a "Teams" message timed as 8.23 but my computer is showing 8.21. What's up?
