Wordosaur Problem

I've been playing scrabble & Wordosaur on Facebook for a few months now and all of a sudden the words I or my opponent put in on WORDOSAUR are not registering - Why? Beg yr pardon, on one of the games, MY first word came up but not my opponents tho' it suggests the opponent had put a word in. Any idea whats going on?
