Hi

Just moved to a new house and decided to plug my washer not noticing the waste pipe was blocked , any way the washer worked and stopped before draining the waste water , it seems it has shut itself off , i have checked the electricity outlet and the fuse and it seems they are ok .

I was wondering if any part has been damaged or it is a minor problem that I can sort out myself .

Has anyone had any ideas ?

Regards

Ash

I'd try unblocking the waste pipe and then flushing through with clean water. It is probably a safety mechanism on your washer to prevent flooding.
Sometimes the outlet pipe, waste pipe, has to be at a certain height,  check your instruction book
