For some reason when I go to Google it changes to Netspark and I do not want it, I have tried to find it to uninstall it but not in control panel, cannot find anywhere on it to get rid , I have done a malware scan and that is now all clear, what else can I do.

How do you "go to Google"? Do you use a shortcut, a bookmark, type the url in the address bar, or something else?

You had this same problem at the end of October http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Technology/Question1287788.html - did that not work?

ah don't know how but I have managed to make Google my homepage again, still can't find netspark or get rid of it though!
It appears to be that Netspark is a site filtering piece of software to avoid 'Adult Sites' being viewed.

Have you installed or activated pre-loaded Parental Controls. ? In which case that's the area you need to examine and amend if necessary.
Question Author
Yes I did install a filter but am sure I deleted it and don't know what it was.
I don't know what Browser you are using, but it could be that Netspark, or a programme associated with it, is hiding as an Add-on in your Browser.

Might be worth having a look as a further step to fully eliminating the offending item from your computer.
