We operate Windows XP with Sky as Server. To start - On desktop, click on Sky icon. Previously at this stage we would get full screen showing Sky Home Page. All OK. However, we now do not get the full page we only recieve a matchbox size portion of the top left corner of the Home Page - ie top title line and menu bar plus the Min/max/off buttons. We then have to click on the Max button to open up the full home page. Not a big problem but I wish it wasnt there. Any suggestions please ?

Next time, don't click on the 'maximnise' button. Instead, hover your cursor over the edges of the window and click-&-drag them to the edges of your screen. It's a quirk of Windows that it remembers where you've dragged windows to but not that you've used the 'maximise' button to make them full size.

Thanks Buenchico. Sorry for delay in acknowledging your reply. Have tried your idea several times and we revert back to using maximise, Full screen disappears. Tks again. JP
OK, another try:

Get the window displayed to your liking (either by maximising or by dragging the edges). Hold down the Ctrl key and click the 'x' to close the window. It will then (hopefully!) open full-size in future.
