Transfering From Usb Pen Drive To Laptop

I should know how to do this but it is a while since I did it...I have forgotten how to.
I want to transfer all the info.on my USB Pen Drive to my laptop ....how do I do this?????

put pendrive in usb socket. if it doesn't auto open, do my computer and the pendrive will show up as a drive. Highlight the files you want to copy then file copy, click where you ant to paste the files and do file paste.

yes you can drag...I tend not to cos I end up dragging the wrong thing.
