Radio Channels Through Freeview - Getting Rid Of Blue Notice At Bottom Of Screen

Hi there, I like to listen to the radio in bed through my TV but I cannot get rid of the blue notification sign at the bottom of the screen which tends to keep me awake. Does anyone know how to get rid of this, I am sure on a previous TV I was able to do this so just having a blank screen?

You could turn the brightness down?? OK you have to turn it up again when you want to watch TV again

Or get a separate radio

?!? I don't recall any blue notification. Just the radio screen saying what it is. Is this a temporary message from the transmitter or a function of your receiver ? Maybe one of these eye masks would solve your problem ?
