Hi, Having a problem with my Asus EeePC , X101CH, running W7 Starter, I am constantly experiencing programs (Not Responding), ie Microsoft Explorer, Delete Browsing History, Microsoft Updates, Chrome and IE etc. I have tried to use Restart but nothing happens and I have to power off then on manually. Had trouble with Windows update trying to install 5 files of 1.1 MB and above, (left pc to run for more than 12 hours) so have hidden those for now and now get 'No updates available'. I am at a total loss at what to do next. ( I have installed an 8GB SD card as 'ready boost' (adds 4GB to memory)) Any help much appreciated

Hi,methyl, thanks for your continued assistance. I am running a 'Fix-it' for KB2882822 at the moment, it has been running for a couple of hours( I checked it is still running) so I should imagine it has a lot to do.Hopefully, ( if and) when that sorts the problem with that one I'll alter my Automatic Updates to manual for the time being. Thanks for the knowledge, I thought I had created the problem. Regards, G
