It's me again setting up my new laptop which is the same as my old one ie. Windows 7 Home Premium and I can't do it!

I previously had the Greek Language and alternated between EN and EL which showed at the r/h bottom of my desktop.

Looking in m.soft online help it tells me to go into 'start' type in 'updates' click on this then click on 'optional updates are available' and then under 'language packs' select Greek.........

But.......there is no 'optional updates available' to click on?

What am I missing? Is it because my laptop I new? I have downloaded all the updates just after buying it and there were 108!

What am I doing wrong please?

Thanks all.

According to this page, the Greek language pack isn't available for 'Home Premium' users; it seems that you'll first need to upgrade to the 'Ultimate' or 'Enterprise' edition of Windows 7: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/language-packs#lptabs=win7

Thanks for that buenchico - it does look like that on your link.
Have just looked at my old laptop and when it loads up it says 'Windows 7 Home Premium' and it was on that!!
Will have to ask the question of M. Soft.
Thanks

Hi Buenchico
I found the reason I had it on Windows 7 on my old laptop! It was becauseI had downloaded Office 2003 (as I did not like the installed Office Startup) and this included the language packs for Greek and others).
So, if I load this onto my new NetBook it should work. Except it is on a disc and my netbook does not support CD roms - but I guess I can somehow put it onto a memory stick?

Thanks
