I have been using a computer for 16 years and only ever had one email address. i now need another address but have no idea how to get one help please!!

Googlemail (gmail) is free and easy to set up a new email address.

You can also set up a free email address at outlook.com (this is the replacement for Hotmail)

Just go to the provider of you choice and sign up for one. There are paid for versions out there, but plenty of free ones also. I've used Yahoo for some time now, seems ok.

The easiest one to sign up with is inbox.com and they have online storage and plenty of other features - best of all it's free.
