Have not been able to view the calls on my BT phone account for the past 2 bills and this bill I can't get past the first page. What happens is the page showing the amount in debit or credit flashes onto the screen for a split second and is gone,it says it is 'loading' but you can leave it for 20 minutes and nothing happens.
I now have another company keeping me updated on some probate work they are doing for me and I am having the same problem. When I try to open it to see what orogress they have made and in what field, the page flashes onto the screen for a split second and is gone. Help please

Yes I'm with Firefox too.
Are you sure it's not downloaded it? Look in downloads and see if it's there

I'm not sure what tou mean. When I click on 'myBT ' for example and log on this page appears briefly and is gone, there is no opportunity to download.
My online bills for energy and phone are downloaded when I click to view them. I have a little box saying it has been downloaded and I resave it under a new name. For a while I hadn't realised this was happening and I kept reviewing them again. Then i realised they were going into a downloads folder so I moved them.
However if you are simply talking about viewing a page on a website then that's different

If it's trying to download / display a PDF file you need to ensure that you a PDF reader installed: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/?promoid=JZEFU

If its already installed, it maybe worth re-installing.

Next thing to try is use a different Browser such as Internet Explorer or Opera which is available from: http://www.opera.com/
I do not have any problems. Using Firefox with :-

I don't know if this will help but I got very fed up with putting up with problems with Firefox & Chrome so I downloaded the Apple browser Safari & I am finding it most refreshing on my Windows 7 system.

i can get my bank account details open using IE, but i don't actually want to do that. All i can see is the front page of my account, but when open out the transactions it simply won't do it, hangs the screen, and try and log out of the page and it doesn't do it, a box comes up with info that firefox is not responding...
also keep on getting box pop up asking to installing latest 18. something of firefox, how when click on the link, it also says installing it will disable my internet security kaspersky as not compatible, so not sure what supposed to do.
Looks as if your Firefox Browser needs to be updated to version 18.

Click open 'Firefox Help' and then click 'About Firefox'.... You can then update from the panel which appears.
