What is a "memory card on 15a700"

This is coming up under "My Computer" on Carakeels pc. any idea what it is?

She is running win XP and no memory cards plugged in.

Is there a printer or All-in-one with a card reader connected to the computer?

^ or wireless, it doesn't have to be connected to the computer as such.

Aha!! yes we have an all in one wireless printer with a card reader.
