internet-lost cookies

my mum has an account with studio home shopping. she has been i to save her travelling i put her account on the computer. all went well for 6 months then i was denied access saying cookie had probably been deleted.
it says if you cannot access your statement to fill a form in but as soon as you put the e mail address is says this name is already in use please log in.
how can i find the missing cookie because my pass word is correct

Normally, the log in page will have an option to either re-set password or send you a 'lost password' go through this procedure and they will send you either a new one or the old one. Copy and paste the password in to the log in page and tick the box 'always remember me' or something similar and then log in.

I am afraid that you can not recover the cookies once it is deleted.

But as SlackAlice stated, you can reset your password to log in.

After you have re-set your password and ticked the box 'remember me' you will get a nice new shiny cookie to replace the deleted one ☺
