Unable to view videos from Apple ipod

I have uploaded some photos and videos from my friend's ipod,the pictures are fine but when I try to open the videos in media player, or any other programme it stops working.I keep getting the message - Executable wmplayer.exe.Pid24 Tid 14c.ModuleQuicktimesource.dll 3objects left active.At line 37 of./dllentry.cpp.Continue?9Cancel to debug).
Could someone please give me a clue?
