Sideways Toolbar!!

The toolbar, the one with the programmes, and other widgets on it, on me computer has moved from the bottom to up and down the right hand side - how can I move it back pse??

I think you mean the taskbar. Left click, drag and drop back where you want. If you want it to stay there then right click on taskbar and select 'lock the taskbar'.

Tried clicking and dragging - it won't budge! (yes - it is the task bar - sorry)
