Today for some reason a login box for my email (Outlook) keeps appearing asking me to login.
I never log out and this has never happened before, I just keep closing the request box and it disappears.
I seem to be receiving emails okay so why is this happening?

I don't know, craft - but why don't you log out? I log out of everything before I close the computer down for the night. Safer....

Don't know boxy I suppose because I never have. Even at work we never logged out of the mail system.
mine's been doing the same, craft.. over the last few days. I'm hoping it's a glitch that they're sorting out.
Realy? - crumbs, we have to log out every time we leave the office for the ngiht - then everything's password protected to get back in again.

Thanks sara.............I've been using Outlook for about 20 years and it's only just started happening. I think I'll look on Yahoo and see if it's mentioned anywhere.
Mine occasionally does that, too.

I have taken to ignoring it and it soon goes away. ;o)

There's nothing about it on Yahoo................I'll ignore it for a few days and maybe contact them if it persists.
Mine too...it did get to be a nuisance & my son got rid of it for me but I don't know how. It still happens occasionally though. Have you changed internet providers & had new email addresses? That was when mine started.
Question Author
No I've had the same ISP and email addy for the last 10 years.
All has be the same with mine for years, too ,craft, and I am habitually logged on to 'tinterweb.

Like I say, it does it for a day (or so) and then nothing for months.....and just when I least expect it, it'll do it again.
It's never amounted to anything, though.

lol love 'tinterweb', it sounds strangely Yorkshire
Mine was doing something weird a few weeks ago. Whenever I clicked on a link that someone posted in AB, my windows mail would open!
