has suddenly gone to the top of the page instead of the bottom, dont know how but can anyone please tell me how to put it back at the bottom, many thanks

Try right-clicking on it first, and then clicking to remove the tick alongside 'Lock the taskbar'. You can then drag it back to the correct position. (It might take several attempts!)
