Want to watch Strictly on IPlayer, telling me I need to upgrade flash adobe player to 10.1.0 or higher have tried to do this without success, help needed I have a laptop acer vista what do I need to do!

First, restart your computer and try installing Flask Player again. Otherwise . . .

Which browser are you using? Opera is known to have a problem with iPlayer:

Internet Explorer is simply rubbish. Have you tried Firefox or Chrome?
