i GUESS WHAT AI SHOULD HAVE SAID IS THAT MY TOUCH PAD DOES NOT MOVE MY CURSOR (ARROW) IT WORKS WITH THE MOUSE HOWEVER. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS PLEASE

SORRY IT IS A PACKARD BELL EASYNOTE TS, WINDOWS 7 INTEL CORE 13 AND I BOUGHT IT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO.
Well, the Packard Bell site is hopeless, but at a guess you have disabled the touchpad. (Many laptops have a facility to disable the touchpad when an external mouse is connected). Places to look would be Control Panel/Mouse and the system tray (most laptops) have a system tray icon that allows you to configure the touchpad).
