I started a download last week and it isn't even trying to download it, is there any way of restarting my downloads? thanks

Want to use VoIP phone on my computer.

What application are you using to download ?

Normally yes, you just stop it. Retry.

When you download from the market place there is only an option to pause on my wp7 (mozart)

If you hit pause, is there a resume button in it's place?

yes, but that's not what I am referring too, the download has stopped at 80% and just will not move at all. The downloads are NOT paused.

I don't recognise the description but would suggest using task manager to stop it and then retrying.

I was referring to windows phone. No such thing as a task manager . Anyway I ahve solved the problem now, sadly it required a complete reboot of my phone.
