Hi I have recently bought a new computer, its a Packard Bell and has some negative reviews online, but I am very pleased with and have had none of the problems I have read about. The problem I have is I cannot find out how to refresh my page - with my old computer it was simply a matter of clicking on F5 but it does not work on here and I cannot find another way. I has Windows 7 and I would be very grateful if anyone has the answer ty x Janet

Right click the mouse then select refresh from the pop up menu that appears.
Refreshing a page will depend on what application you are trying to refresh a page in, but as I understand it, the Windows convention is F5, so I don't see why your PC would be changing that.
If you right-click on an internet page you should get a refresh option- just click on that. Does that work?
I have Windows 7 and always refresh using the button to the right of the address bar right at the top with an up and down arrow on it. At work I use XP but that also has an up and down arrow button at the top to refresh. I've never used the F5 way.
I am running XP and FF4; I usually refresh by <Ctrl> + R
I have the same as you and refresh as Prudie states. Look for the red x on the top of the screen, it`s next to that.
The X is grey on my screen until you move the mouse over it.
Were we to assume this was about Internet Explorer then ?
