How do I stop falling for them?

Just upgraded to IE9 64 bit.

I only use IE because it gives a print preview for my Times & Grauniad crosswords.

The "upgrade doesn't, and I'm going to uninstall & try to get back, if Microsoft will let me.

Dunno about the Times, but the Guardian has a Print version that you can preview and print in any browser.
Uninstalling IE9 will revert you to the previous version of IE that you had installed.
To uninstall.

Start - control panel - view by large icons - Windows update - view update history - installed updates (underlined at top) - click internet explorer 9 to uninstall.

It will revert back to explorer 8, you don`t need to install it.
We just upgraded to IE9 and I must admit I don't like it, I don't seem to be able to access some external sites I used to. I'm thinking of going back to IE8.
