Unseen Hand - and Security
For the past few weeks, on startup a small green panel appears headed as above with a tick etc. I can find nothing about Unseen Hand in the Norton handbook.
If it is some kind of spy, it may be why my PayPal account was raided three days ago, ($175 x 3). PayPay refunded immediately.
Otherwise, maybe the Epsilon affair is a wider problem than simply theft of email addresses - or is the raid simply a coincidence?
