Annie look at this tracker nearer the time and you will know if you can see it It covers the area all inside the red circle. Or look for the sightings in your area
look up and to the west anneaskquith....
Question Author
On the tracker you will see sighting opportunities
anne - I am in Stirling and I saw it really well on Tuesday but haven't seen it since as it's been a bit too cloudy I think - looking like it should be clear tonight so will try for another viewing.
Question Author
Another good view again. Tomorrow 8 12 pm but that will be too light .Again at 9 45 for 2 minutes.
Fantastic viewing tonight, no cargo rocket though - must have moved further away ready to be ditched.
Question Author
Yes Annie I didnt see the cargo rocket either.
What does it look like? I saw something fly overhead but it might have been a plane. Wasn't really sure what I was looking for.
I watched it again tonight, bang on time. Not such a clear view tonight there was quite a bit of cloud around it.
Question Author
Francis I always tell people to look at the largest planet and it is like that but gliding across the sky. It does not blink and it comes exactly the time stated
What I saw was exactly what you describe so it must have been it. Thanks
Question Author
If you look tomorrow it will come approx the same direction at 9 45pm
Hi wendilla - for the late bods, I have noted down that there is another sighting at 22.53 - not sure if that is right or not
Question Author
could well be but I have not got it on my sighting list for midlands england,
Question Author
Usually takes 1 hour and a half to go round
Question Author
Go to global flybys and put your nearest city in to you and you will get the times for your area
that would be about right then - cheers wendilla - think I am hooked now!

I passed the viewing times to my son's school as their topic is space this term and I thought it would be good for all the kids to see it - it's been a bit cloudy here the last few days, it looked clear tonight so the kids and I went out to watch. We live in a really quiet estate, so we were out in the street trying to be nice and quiet so as not to wake any of the street's little ones who are all tucked up. When the station started to come across, we could hear children's shouts of "there it is" "oh I see it" etc etc coming from all directions round the estate and across the road to the next estate - think all his class must have been out watching and shouting out in their excitement!

Thank you so much for drawing our attention to it - I am sure you have made at least 30 kids happy chappies!
