Fashionable Clothes for a 60-ish woman

Went shopping with my sister today, she is a 'young' 60, doesn't like frumpy dark clothes - everything in the shops seems to be frumpy and dark. Went to Per Una and Wallis, nothing much there at all. Where can she go to get some quality clothes ?? She wears dark trousers and needs some nice tops -- long ones with a bit of a sleeve -- but not too dark! Everything seems to be grey this year. And any ideas for the leggings look ? Shoes ? Boots ? With a heel please. Trinny Suzannah where are you ?? !!

Well I'm 61 and most of my clothes are Next & Monsoon although I must admit they seem to have quite a lot of grey at the moment. Monsoon's everyday tunics are lovely....
