Can anyone name the or recognise the music BBC used on this montage of Federer and Nadal's Wimbledon final 2008. Presumably it's from a film?

The track is called "Trailblazing" and it's by film composer Steve Jablonsky. You can hear it on the link below, but it doesn't seem to be commercially available. It's most likely from a library CD for broadcasters to use.
