Hi,
I have an interview for the above position on friday and although have worked in childcare for 5 years, Im not quite sure what kind of questions to expect.
Id really like to prepare for it cos I really NEED and WANT the job.

hey lolizmo,
really sorry i didnt see your post in time. wish i could have replied and told you what i know as i recently got a job as an LSA which i started this week and have been through an interview which wil probably have been v.similar. anyway i hope it went well :o)
