If hawkeye gives the answer as to whether a ball was out in a tennis match----why does the umpire sometimes say --"play the point again?

If the wrong decision put off a player, had the correct call been made, there could have been a different outcome so the point is played again.

Conflicting calls. So the point is played again.

A call can be wrong but if it didn't affect the stroke played, the decision would be changed and the point would not be replayed.
