The games have been played a bit later today.

Four games today ...

Jamaica 59-47 Uganda

Barbados 67-33 Sri Lanka

Scotland v Fiji are playing at the moment. The Thistles hoping for a win against the Pearls.

I may have to catch the update tomorrow, JJ. Teams just being issued in the York leagues and discussing them on phone with daughter. It's all go!

Scotland had an early lead against Fiji, but couldn't hold on, and the Pearls beat the Thistles ...

But Scotland have been having a decent tournament, and should come out of the World Cup with a World Top 10 ranking.

So, let's try to work this out ...

I think Australia are already in the Semi Finals.

Jamaica and Malawi are level on points, and play each other tomorrow, so I think the winner of that game will be in the Semi's.

Okay, then ... (thinks, thinks ...)

Hang on ...

Okay, England are playing South Africa tomorrow. I think we need to win that game to get a semi final place.

Then New Zealand are playing Uganda, and I can't see the Silver Ferns losing that one.

So I think (!) the four Semi Final places will be ...

Australia, New Zealand, England, Jamaica

Which is to say ...

The Diamonds, the Silver Ferns, the Roses, and the Sunshine Girls
